This place is horrible and has very poor customer service. I called and ordered the wing deal on Monday May 18, 2020 (1.5 pounds for the price of 1 pound) I ordered 2 pounds and so that means I would get 3. But that didn’t happen. I was not offered ... my receipt and in these times who wants to take one anyway. The waitress here (Jess) is a very rude and ignorant person. We’ve had issues with her before as well as the manager (Jan) they don’t seem to know how to run a proper business. I asked this waitress if the wings were 3 pounds (as I saw only 2 containers and it felt awfully light) and she said yes but when I returned home I found that was not the case. I called more than 5x and no answer since it was almost closing time I could not go there to rectify my issue. I decided to call the next day and the manager said there was nothing he could do because I did not have a receipt. I told him I have proof in my checking account and pictures of the food (I only received the 2 pounds that’s it, if barely that) and he did not care he said too bad that’s it. I am so disgusted and disappointed with everything that I’ve experienced from this location. My friends don’t like it either and my partners friends as well. They’re losing so many customers because of their unprofessional behaviour. I hope everyone reads this and sees what kind of customer service they have here, and they think twice about dining here (in the future) or purchasing any food from this location. Horrible experiences and I always tried to give the benefit of the doubt but that’s it for me and I can say a lot of my friends feel the same way. It was a Friday night insanely busy elsewhere so stumbled on here got in with no wait. Seated in the middle of everyone very awkward even worse as guest and I sat down because it was so dark like a club and the seats were PAINFULLY HARD. Overlooking that lots ... of TV's average bar an overwhelming amount if you ask me place to catch a game. Our server arrived mind you the girl's are dressed similar to hooter's standards so don't have high expectations tank tops and yoga pants. Reminded me of Johnny Rockets actually ours was fairly engaging we ordered drinks one beer one Shark Attack those took forever to come as we impatiently waited having finished looking over the menu with hungry bellies. When she arrived back to our table she mentioned" it was her first time making a drink" in regards to my cocktail which tasted more like juice. I don't know why there are no bartender's in sight nowadays when I requested if she could add more she insisted she had put enough which I found incredibly rude. Could have replied I'll get you a different one if you'd like letting that comment slide ordered a pound of pineapple sauced wings those were the best I've ever had but they ran out of naked one's when initially asked. They charge you extra for another sauce on the side though following that a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and nacho's with grilled chicken. Another 30+ min took into consideration it got busier and she did come to check in on us when the grub made it's way to our table. The mains were top of the line however dessert a flop slice of Cheesecake Factory like it had been in the freezer too long. Not a bad place to go to if you’re around the area and you have no where to go! Their service is not the best, there isn’t much servers and we got The American sauce which suppose to be like buffalo sauce it was very dry we had to ask the ... server to take back and add some sauce and still it wasn’t that good. They have plenty of sauces on the menue but we were four and we all got different flavours we all had the same comment that they were dry. Prices are around $20 a person for a pound a half which is average amount repaired to fill someone up. Washrooms available, parking might be tricky if you’re coming on weekends or at night. Food was as always amazing! Hot honey wings, fried dills, jalapeño shrimp and Greek fries. The server was really friendly but rather absent, felt a little forgotten about at times... but overall the food saved the day.

Very nice sports bar theme inside. It also has a nice sized patio outside with TV screens that project the action. The food was very good. Unique menu options with hundreds of wing sauce choices. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the the area only offers paid ... parking options. Spots outside are limited and have a 2 hour maximum. Read more
