Horrendous experience. I am not a picky person when it comes to food whatsoever. I usually will eat anything. HOWEVER this 'FRESH' Shrimp Spring Roll was absolutely NOT FRESH. Looks like it was made at least 2 days ago. The mint inside was dark and the roll fell apart at ... first bite. Parts of it were hard and other parts soggy. There is nothing fresh about this. Ive come here about 5 xs. 1 of the 4 was a great experience. Anytime after the first was terrible. The food doesn't taste as good... its mushy... i always get mango general thai with no carrots, extra mango and extra sauce on fried rice. Terrible experience. Ordered Pad Thai and got this half filled box. Restaurant says they ran out of bean sprout so they cannot fill the box. Infact they added extra noodles to compensate!! Worst Thai express location I have ever been to by far. Super small portion sizes and what I ordered tasted terrible. Avoid! Well.. I think, for the price i pay. They should give me a good amount of meat.. there’s more rice than meat and a little bit of veggies. I feel like the management is too stingy. I don’t blame the one whose cooking my food, coz i know that they ... have been trained about it and how much proportions that they should give. Not to mention, my friend used to work here before and did mention that the management controls the proportion of the food. There’s CCTV on the counter and the management always had his eyes on his employees. That’s why i don’t blame the employee whose cooking my food. I’ve been working in the kitchen once, and the proportions that we served out to our customers is really good for what they pay for. Hoping that they should do that too. Other than that, Their food tastes good, but it would be great and satisfactory of they put more meat into our orders coz we are payong for it.
