Absolutely disgusted with the music that was playing during lunch hour. French rap, but English profanity. When asked to turn it off or change it, no one knew how to. Not cool. Emailed customer service with no response. Lacking in customer service. Only 1 server at the bar. I had ... to walk over and ask a lady in the kitchen (manager) where the person is at the front counter (waited for quite sometime, ignored by management walking passed) I was told to take my family to the bar. The place, service and food are very good, and it offers a range of good alcoholic drinks with a delicious taste, especially for small and large families, and even children’s food is very delicious. I recommend this beautiful place to everyone, especially during your special occasions.

We came in to the restaurant to eat and there were only 2 tables occupied in the entire sitting area (out of like 15). Yet the hostess rudely told us that we have to sit in the bar; we asked her if there was a prior booking she said ... no even though only 2 tables were occupied and the rest of the restaurant was empty. When we told her we didn’t want to sit at the bar and we wanted to be dining in the regular area she just had a rude look on her face and told us no you can’t. Didn’t offer any other option and it honestly seemed like she didn’t want us there. Terrible customer service; no wonder there was barely anybody inside the restaurant on a Friday night lol. I have come here a number of times with my friends, and each time we have been pleased with the meal and service. This evening's service was exceptional as always. After being seated, we had to wait quite a while for our server to come over to the table and ... take our drink orders. Aruna, the server, came by our table at least multiple times to keep on checking on us  whether we needed anything. We love to come here. Will be looking forward to plan our next visit. :) Read more

This is the Boston Pizza location we usually go to as it is only 5mins away from our place. Today wasn't a good experience. We asked for a highchair only to find the chair was very dirty and had bugs n cheese pasta stuck on it. When I told the ... server, not a smile, not an apology. Then Ordered the NY steak medium well. Steak was given to me well done. It was also hard. Server took it back to the kitchen to have another made as requested. After 15mins, she comes back and tells me that they are out of steak and I had the last one. It was a bit hard to believe as I saw another customer get served steak. She asked if I wanted anything else on the menu and there wasn't anything else, so I ordered a pizza. Since it was their mistake, I was hoping she would take the steak out of our bill - but instead, they still charged for the pizza. Was hoping for a different way of handling this error.
