Best food always, service is great. I never had an issue here with the food or service. To me, this is the best halal fried chicken in town, taste wise. The only bad is that the washroom is always out of service, and today was quite hot inside.

Extremely unprofessional management! We literally order from them every other day, but today we got a small issue with the food quality it wasn’t fresh and tasted really bad. We tried to ask them for fresh food, but instead of accommodating they started misbehaving and yelled on our face and said ... that it got cold cuz we went home and came back. I literally live 2 mins away and the service and attitude was ridiculous. The manager and the Indian girl that works there are ALWAYS rude and really don’t know how to talk to the customers. Honestly, the worst customer service of my life. We ordered sandwiches combos and asked for everything fresh. It wasn’t fresh so we had to go back and the girl at the cash started yelling and didn’t even let me finish. She kept defending herself rather than listening to the customer. Their ... staff is always extremely rude, if you ever get your order incorrect or any type of inconvenience they don’t accommodate. The girl named Ayesha (manager as she told) was extremely rude, did not know how to talk at all! she misbehaved for 5-10 mins, straight up denying the complain. We are one of their regular customers, and the way she behaved and treated us today was ridiculous! I felt so disrespectful. Quik Chik located in Milton is a halal burger spot! The taste is pretty average and the interior and the sitting area is also very casual. They do have good rang of variety in their burgers.
