i placed my order at 9:18 today and it’s 10:10 almost . A turban guy shows up to front door ( I am living in basement tenant ) while I gave instructions to show up on the garage door . He went to the front door and woke up my ... landlord at 10pm for pizza while they were sleeping . because of this guy they been disturbed and he did not even called me , he said he don’t have my phone number and when I opened my pizza after he gone , dipping sauce is missing while I been paid to it . Honestly everything I got in my order except my dipping sauce without I cannot eat my pizza . Now it’s 10:15 and I am still on call with customer service because not everybody can eat pizza with ketchup. Poor customer service. I always ordered from this store but I am sure this is last time I am ordering this location. Read more
Horrible experience recently due to some terrible customer service. An old, disgruntled looking man, either having a bad day or life decides to rush me when selecting a slice. Thought he was joking at first, laughed it off. After a FEW SECONDS he followed up again asking if I had ... decided yet, then showed he was noticeably upset and frustrated when I hadn't, which was evident with his loud whining and hand gestures. Really confused at how impatient he was lol, it seemed walking a few steps from the oven to the cash register or just walking in general must have been such a huge chore for him as opposed to I'm assuming a mostly seditary lifestyle. Just walked out in the end, plenty of other better pizza spots to give your business to. A little patience and basic customer service etiquette would go a longgg way. Read more
Ordered two topping medium pizza. Toppings were green peppers and pepperoni. Well, barely any green peppers clearly. They try to cut corners with the toppings and rip you off. Best to go to another location and avoid this one. Just an update from Pizza Pizza, they called me and left a ... voicemail. I called back the company and they said the person I'm trying to contact wasn't in but will call me back. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting. Pizza Pizza customer service is terrible. Not bad, just not good either. Passed by for a quick lunch option - walk-in special. A bit of confusion with ordering a medium AND a large special (one topping, however the premium toppings are more $) - it took about 10 min to get on the same page . They ... were courteous and the place seemed clean. The order was handled well and the product was good for a basic fast food chain. The Bottom Line: would visit again if it was on the path and maybe wanted a fast cheap pizza. Definitely not a must-go-back crave type of dish. Read more
A Disappointing Pizza Experience! We found ourselves in a rush and decided to order a pizza from this location for our kids at school. I placed the order at 11:45 am and called ahead to let them know I’d pick it up at 12:15 pm. Little did I know that this ... seemingly routine pizza order would turn into a frustrating experience. Upon arriving, I politely asked the employee for two small boxes (specifically for slices) to make it easier to share with my kids. To my surprise, the employee responded aggressively, stating that they couldn’t provide those boxes. The reason? Apparently, the “Pizza Pizza” logo was printed on them, and they could only sell them for $4 each. So, for two slice boxes, I’d have to pay a whopping $8! I tried to explain that I needed to deliver some slices to my kids at school, and handing them the whole pizza box wasn’t practical. But the employee remained inflexible, insisting that no one would give me the boxes for free. It was a frustrating encounter, especially when I compared it to my experiences at Pizza Hut. At Pizza Hut, I’ve often requested extra slice boxes—sometimes even three—and received them with a friendly smile. Their staff knows how to handle customers, making the dining experience pleasant. Unfortunately, this particular pizza place missed the mark entirely. To add insult to injury, the pizza I received was cold, and the taste was far from satisfactory. I wish I could give them less than a star. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from this brand again. Their customer service needs serious improvement. Read more
