If there was a choice to give zero stars thats what i would do. This place was so bad, i gave a star for the food and atmosphere but i couldnt live the experience. The website and google maps showed this closed at 10:30 pm and I arrived at ... 10:03 pm and despite the time inaccuracy on google we didnt even get to eat ice cream. Blonde girl working yesterday evening (Thursday June 13) was so lovely and kind. I always love coming here for the best ice cream, but her conversation and lovely personality made me feel happy to spend my money here and I want her to know she’s doing an amazing job

Ice cream was fine outside of the heavy use of dye in the red velvet (will stain teeth). The following review is solely based on customer service. Made an order for a small ice cream cup of the red velvet option. Unknowingly the option had the mix in of nuts specifically ... walnuts which was an allergy. The employee probably… the owner proceeded to tell us she has already mixed it in and that I MUST buy it. It was my error not seeing the mix in list but the principal of charging 11 dollars for 3oz of ice cream that’s no longer edible due to an error on the customers end won’t have me back. Read more

Waited 30 minutes just to not get served. The south Asian male worker spent majority of the time talking and flirting teenagers. Did not acknowledge us at all and left in an Uber person waiting for a while. Ended up leaving because the service was just completely awful. Please train ... your service workers better . I work for a local car dealership and we were throwing a party for a celebration of sorts I came in around a bit after the store OPENED. I had a huge demand of icecream items around 48 items. I walked in the store and was greeted with such a ... friendly employee named Maria. The store had just opened so I had assumed this wouldn’t be the easy task to pull off. Maria made my experience the smoothest I’ve ever experience. I’ve been to many different places asking for a high demand and it’s never easy. Maria helped in every way possible between suggesting different items and even recommending to quickly make some more. She was such and amazing person to deal with, Me and the team here are very grateful and will definitely be back for any other occasion we come across!!!! Read more
