One of the better tim hortons ive had the pleasure of enjoying, staff was very friendly and welcoming, with one staff member in particular i believe her name is anna. Anna had provided excellent customer service. Definitely will return!

The beautiful young lady who always serves me made my day today with her refreshing personality, and excellent customer service. I hope this location continues to only hire more employees with her kind of good attitude and effort in the workplace. The coffees are good but a coffee with a ... smile, tastes that much better. Ordered for a large caramel latte and for a small coffee with 1 cream. The large caramel latte had caramel quantity of a small drink. Not sweet at all. The black coffee with cream’s lid was defective. I was craving a coffee and just couldn’t drink it.

The bagel was not fresh.I ask for double toasted and it was not even single toast.And the steep tea was ice cold. Both food and the drink quality was so bad.And the costumer service was even worse. I was waiting for my bagel and she put the bagel on the counter ... and didn’t tell me that it’s your bagel. After 5min i ask them for my bagel and then she told me it’s been ready from last 5 min. Then i asked her who gonna tell me that my bagel is ready and she was i put it there .she didn’t even said a word that bagel is ready .I don’t have the X-ray machine with me so I can figure out what is inside the cover. And at the end i ended up throwing my bagel and the drink in the garage.I don’t recommend this place and I am not going there again . Read more
