Jurate was so very friendly and courteous and very polite and knowledgeable. She was so awesome in her performance. It was quite busy and she was able to get orders correct and she was so available for us at all times. We needed extra napkins refills extra and she was ... very on top of her game. She is a very needed asset for this kind of service as people are not so happy to do their jobs anymore. She is an inspiration and all services people should take a page from her book. In order to be a great person and great employee you need to love your job and Jurate really loves her job and it shows. Was in town on business (from the U.S.) and what a pleasant surprise this restaurant was. Enjoyed it very much! This will definitely be a go to next time I am in town.

I come to Swiss Chalet in Milton often and Jurate always greets my family with a welcoming smile and her service is excellent. We look forward to being sat in her section. The food at this location is always 10/10. Everyone leaves satisfied and happy.

I ordered on the phone the limited time deal for thanksgiving. It costs over $60 for 2 people including tip. We were expecting stuffing and cranberries. We also ordered as a side the baked potato soup. We got none of that. I called the store and they had me speak with the manager ... which tried to make it right by offering me a future $25 credit. That was nice for the future. But my argument is that they should check the order before leaving the restaurant before being delivered. It seems that they weren’t too concerned about it. Read more

Nice restaurant, friendly service and good food. We ordered stuffed garlic cheese loaf, chicken and ribfest combo, chicken wings and rotisserie chicken stir fry. All items were fresh and delicious. Stir fry had a tad bit more sauce to my liking. Ambiance was good. Our seating nice and bright with a view of ... passing trains!
