I don't know what has happened to Fresh Addicts. They have sold me a bowl of Quinoa with a bit of Broccoli Tofu. And sweet potato. This is supposed to be the Buda bowl. i used to love this place, but the portion is reduced and the price has gone up significantly at the same time. the picture is my salad minus the tofu, 3 items kale, collard and purple cabbage with tofu at 15 dollars. as for other bad reviews have ... stated, the service is brutally slow.i waited 25min for them to them to put this together. it was painful watching the girl struggle to decide what kale was, then being unsure stood there debating whether she should ask for help, then after a couple of minutes went to ask for help and this went on for my 3 vegetables and the one dressing i picked (i cant imagine if i picked more), the know what they are doing gals that used to work here are all gone Read more

I’ve been here twice and I really enjoy their bowls! I usually get one of their warm bowls with the sesame tofu. I was excited to take a picture for my food blog but when I saw the dressing they used on top I kinda wish I asked for it ... on the side. I didn’t expect the sauce to be so thick. It was delicious just not aesthetically pleasing. The portions are massive and I have a hard time finishing the bowl. The prices make sense for the portions they give you. When this place first opened it was fantastic! Over the past 2 years it has gone down hill massively. I used to be a loyal customer and now I only go every once every other month or so to see if anything has improved. I have contacted the owners directly ... and they have compensated me for errors. My past 3 visits, the employees will take my order, I will pay for it and than they claim to not have the ingredients to make it. My last visit, last week. I walked in around 10am, 3 employees present and no a single one said hello. Finally after saying "hello" one walked over and said "what do you want?" I had points and asked if I could upgrade my free regular smoothie to a large and pay the difference. Her response, I dont know how to do that so no. I ordered a regular coffee smoothie, and the nana toast. After paying I'm informed they cant actually make the coffee smoothie because they don't have the ingredients. So I asked for a different smoothie and she said that wouldnt work because it's a premium I said no problem I can give you cash for the difference. She claimed that wouldnt work because they cant just charge me the difference. I'm sorry but your staff sold me something they couldn't make and they should be going to all efforts to make up for it. So I pick a smoothie I don't even want. Now comes my toast, well they don't have hemp seeds. It's now 10:25, I've been waiting 25 mins for a smoothie and toast, while 2 other employees are just standing around. I'd like to also mention two customers came in and were ignored and walked out. Finally out the door at 10:30, 30mins!!! I would also like to point out that this isn't the first or second time things have been sold to me without having the ingredients. The menu is not that large and employees should know what's available and what is not and know how to refund. I've seen in other posts the owners claiming these people arent regulars and honestly it doesn't matter. The service sucks and the employees need an attitude check. I'm absolutely fine paying those prices but not to get brushed off by employees and not have my orders filled to value. Like everyone else is saying the portions and quality control is not there. The atmosphere inside is very trendy. Good menu. But the smoothie bowls are inconsistent in the portions. They don’t measure the amount so one day you could get a big portion of the fruits/smoothie itself and another you can get very little. Loved the avocado toast, very simple yet so good.
