UPDATE: They called back 20 min later (after I posted the review and picture of the food in the garbage). They apologized and told me of the procedure to request an Ubereats refund or would give me a free order next time. I do appreciate that and wish them ... well with future customers. I know restaurant employees work hard and mistakes can be made. ORIGINAL: I had an Ubereats takeout order of vegetable fried rice. I specified no egg, and also added "vegan please". It came with egg pieces and a strong flavour of egg. I complained and even sent a picture upon their request (they do not believe their customers apparently). They asked me to bring it back and I explained that I am temporarily disabled. Despite all of this, they did not offer a refund, only denials. I never ever complain at restaurants, because I know they work hard, but this was a terrible experience. I hope they do better with other customers. It's always great to discover new restaurants and Mr Dumpling was a good find. Has just finished a shoot in Milton and went to the local Tim Hortons for a tea and soup. They were out of everything but Tea and Coffee. Strange. This is around 7 pm. So decided ... to drink some soup at Mr Dumplings opposite and so happy we did. The soup Hot and Sour soup, and the Wanton Soup were great. Just right. With some fried noodles thrown in. Good service, not pricey at all, good service and a nice clean place. The other dumplings seemed interesting but we were there just for soup. I'm going to find another Mr Dumpling and try out their other dishes. Please give this a try. You won't regret it. Read more

I’ve been ordering from Mr. Dumpling since 2019 and I’ve notice the prices have almost doubled and the food quality has declined significantly. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered, so today I ordered what I always get and was shocked when I open it. I ordered chicken wings, noodles, ... and honey garlic spareribs. The wings say it comes with 10 pieces but only came with 8, and the “honey garlic” spareribs had no honey garlic sauce in it, looks like they watered it down or just boiled ribs in garlic water. Very good selection if you were looking for quick and easy Chinese takeout that is not too authentic but will hit the spot. I would compare it to panda Express in the US. We were pleasantly surprised because I honestly thought this place only had dumplings but their menu is ... actually quite extensive and includes other dishes such as rice noodles and other traditional Americanized Chinese food such as kung pao chicken. I recommend trying it at least once for yourself and making your own decision. But I really like the sauces that came with the dumplings and really like the chili chicken. Read more
