Usually I have no problem with this place. I went in this morning for a breakfast offer on my Tim’s app of a breakfast sandwich and an iced latte. I Even showed the older lady working the offer on my phone app and said I’d like a regular iced latte ... with no sugar. She hands me a regular hot latte and I told her nicely that I’m sorry but I ordered an iced one. She proceeded to argue with me that I ordered a regular hot one. I told her no the deal was iced and I ordered iced. She huffs and tells her coworker to make me an iced latte and of course I discover after I left that it’s full of sugar which I can’t have. Dirty place. I've never seen clean tables at this place. A place with a nice interior does not allow you to enjoy coffee because of solid dirt. Constantly dirty tables and chairs that are disgusting to sit at. During the last year, nothing has changed. The manager of this place ... isn't doing his best at all. Read more
Quick drive through today I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. Bought a smile cookie and it looked a bit stressed out!! Might need to look at stress management for cookies!! 🤪.
Worst experience at this location over and over again. Definitely need an owner/management change. Rude staff. They are always out of something. Only thing I have ever got here is regular coffee. They should update their drive order menu “nothing is available except coffee”. Miss items in order. It has ... happened multiple times however, I let it go as most of the time there kids at the window. But this time when we called to speak to a manager, she was in her attitude.
