We had a great lunch at Symposium today. Our server, Sam, was outstanding and made our meal. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive - kundos!! Oh so delicious! We ordered the fresh fruit banana milkshake, Tuscan tomato bean soup, spinach dip and the symposium burger with sautéed mushrooms. Everything was incredible and the service was so nice! Definitely coming back to try the desserts.

The rib and chicken meal was too much for 1 person . The chicken wrap full of chicken pieces. Salad was fresh ! Akash was our server and he is very attentive !

Nice atmosphere for a Sat brunch scene. Recommend to book an appointment in advance as the place can get busy on weekends. Food was on point and mimosas were great. A thanksgiving dinner in Milton with the family, they’re expecting a crowd so they limited reservations but we got seats when we got there. The fish & chips tasted great, ordered one more piece, better than some, and we finished everything on our plates. They have specials going everyday.
