Worst KFC in Halton region. Chicken was oily, AC wasn’t working, staff did not give napkins with the order. Honestly we can make better fried chicken at home. Never coming back here again. KFC please take notice how your global reputation is burned to the ground. An utterly disappointing experience. We were never asked for any options during three different orders over $70. After placing an order, we were told that we could not dine in because this outlet closes at 10 p.m. When we took the food home, the two large fries were soggy and cold. Only ... one small fries pack was fresh and warm. There were a total of four napkins, no ketchup, and no spoons for the sides. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience. Tried Cornals 2 pc chicken 🐔 🍗 promotion 2 for $2.99 and got 2 packs great deal......, however, two packs have two different sizes, one pack has a very tiny two pcs, and one includes a regular size. The service was great, BUT when I saw Google reviews many complained ... about not being well cooked or Raw. Yes, I indeed had the same experience if you check the pics I posted you see it. App wouldn't process my payment, and the manager couldn't offer me the same deals as in the app, but she did her best to compensate me for the complications and provided a reasonable solution and a discount... Then it took them over 30 minutes to make 1 sandwich and a 4 ... piece chicken meal... then they didn't even laugh when I asked if they were having a hard time catching the chickens. Always fast and hot. Restaurant is clean. The store was quiet today but the drive through was busy. The staff was quick to take the order and brought the food out to our table. Love the combo Taco Bell & KFC
