First time ordering from Panago last night. Ordered a multi grain medium pizza with daiya cheese and three toppings last night. Overall the pizza tasted okay but the amount of toppings were scarce. There was at least an inch or two of space from the edge of ... the crust and there wasn't enough cheeze. Not sure if I will order again given the price of the pizza. Read more

We have ordered the gluten free pizzas many times over the years so when we decided to treat ourselves tonight (which is rare) to something we chose pizza, what a disappointment. The crust was different, I like a flat square crust but this either wasn't cooked properly or is just a ... bad crunchy almost half cooked like taste, if there was sauce it was just a layer to color the crust as it was so dry. The toppings were at least an inch away from the edge of the crust and so minimal that it was basically a crust with a sprinkle of something on it. Wasted $50! Live and learn, will never return. I've always enjoyed Panago's gluten free pizzas - the best in the city, in my opinion. I hadn't been there for several months and so was surprised to find last week that the gluten free crust has changed, now being GlutenSmart Organic. It unfortunately was very thin, dry, ... and not tasty at all. I don't know why they had to change it, as the former one was so delicious! Even though I really like the gourmet toppings, I sadly don't think I'll be ordering there again unless the crust reverts to the original one! Read more

The best veggie korma pizza I have ever had after eating this same kind of pizza 50 times from all other Panago franchise, which itself speaks that Gordon who is working from 2017 at this location is the best employee at this location.

Below average QSR experience. The team members were disconnected, however food was up to par. I’ve visited a few times and have never felt welcomed. Their contact tracing was impressive, yet verging on invasive as they require a name, phone number and address to order in person.
