The last time that I was at Starbucks I really enjoyed it but that was approx. 5 yrs. ago now. I'm not sure why I'm being asked for a review now as it would most likely no longer be relevant!?

Love this Star Bucks! No matter where I am in Medicine Hat, I will go out of my way to go to this location - as will my family and a good chunk of the people I work with. Service was extremely slow. Employees seemed to not care about service or how they talk to customers. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes I had to wait another 15 for them to make 1 simple frappucino. My order was not complicated so it should not have taken this ... long. Also many people who ordered after me received their orders before me even they they ordered after me(a few were safeway employees). I dont think thay safeway employees should get special treatment and receive their larger more complocated orders before the people thay orders before them.
