Five Guys was amazing! The burgers were fresh, hot, and very tasty. The fries were so unexpectedly GOOD! Whatever you order, you won't be disappointed! Standards have dropped here. Went in for a burger last night and the burgers were awful. Not sure who is teaching the workers how to apply sauce and relish but it was almost as if we were rationed to a minuscule amount on the burger which I could hardly taste. ... Just Disappointing! They are amazing when you go in the fryers are always done perfectly, so is your hamburger and they are very very polite when you go in. But when you order, it’s a total different experience the last three times I ordered from these guys. Their fries were burnt so ... bad it’s like when you order they give you the bottom the stuff that over burns The fries are not the same it’s not the people that deliver their fault. They can’t treat their customers different order online. Give them a smaller amount And give them the burn stuff. OMG, I never understood why people were so obsessed about five guys and today was my first time trying them. Ordered cheeseburger bacon burger and it was so good, so hot , so fresh wow. I was speechless on my first bite. The burger comes with 2 paties, the cheese feels good, ... and so is the bacon. Ordered Poutine as well, wasn't bad at all 4/5 ,maybe too salty for me . Waited between 5-10 minutes for my food, but it was worth every minute. The workers try the best to work as fast as they can but the place is busy. A bit pricy for a burger chain but worth every penny for the burgers. Read more

I forgot how good this place was. We hadn't been since it first came to Medicine Hat. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. While we were eating I noticed someone was always doing something, cleaning or restocking the peanuts. The ... spicy fries were our favorite and not "too" spicy just really flavorful. Please note however, if you have never been and have a peanut allergy this is not the place for you as they offer free peanuts while you wait. You help yourself to the peanuts at the front of the store so there will be peanut oil, dust, peanuts, etc everywhere. Read more
