Humpty’s Family Restaurant - Medicine Hat, Alberta

The food was delicious I got the Open Hot Turkey Sandwhich (in the picture) with no cranberries it was amazing and I really enjoyed it I would recommend it but it is on their summer special menu, which means that it is a limited time meal.

I brought my mom here not to long ago and I ordered sausages with perogies and my mom got an omelette. My food was so bad, the perogies were doughy and mushy. the sausages were cold right out of the fridge. they didnt even attempt to warm them up. I ... asked the lady if they can warm them up for me and she brought them back and is like. Are these warm enough for you in a condescending manner. Im like well at least they are warm now. My Moms omelette was very sad, it had about a half a mushroom total. like 3 small slices. the egg wasnt very fluffy at all and the entire meal was just lacking. These guys are cutting corners at all costs. I guess you could say they are cutting customers too. I recommend Ihop. way better food way better service and your food is made fresh and cooked fresh, not precooked and refrigerated. Read more

In conclusion, while I enjoy the cuisine at Humpty's Big Plate Diner, there's room for improvement in their handling of delivery orders. My food was good, the service was awesome, and they kept my coffee full. And for me, I am more of a private guy so don't like people to close. But that is just me. Other than that the backdrop is a backdrop lol
