Food here that we’ve had so far is absolutely delicious. We had: Hot and Sour Soup, Jalapeño Paneer Balls, Garlic Naan, Chicken Vindaloo & Chicken Dum Biryani. The naan was so good, it’s definitely the best I’ve ever had, even so was the vindaloo and biryani (except for my wife’s; ... her’s is to die for). Food is not too fiery for those of you who might not settle well with spicy food. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Atmosphere was cozy, while having an elegant setting. This place doesn't seem big from outside but it's not bad. This was my first time and I must say that I'll visit again. The appetizer Bombay Prawns were mouth watering, along with the sizzling Hariyali chicken and a bit spicy, with garam masala, mutton Biryani. The presentation was amazing. The ... service was pleasant. We got there a bit late on Sunday after 9pm. I was told they close at 930pm, however, please take your time and order all your food before the kitchen is closed. Then you can take your time and enjoy until you're ready to leave. I was very happy to hear that. A little bit of tidiness at the entrance would be pleasant though. Really enjoyed my dinner here and would say this is one of the better Indian food places in Toronto. We had the fish curry, lamb bum biryani and a veggie paneer dish which were all terrific. The owners were extremely friendly. The staff were great too. The food was good but not amazing. They had a decent amount of options (main dishes) for an affordable price. The desserts were lacking in terms of variety and taste. Nice, simple and clean enhironment.
