As a fan of the Jimmy the Greek chain of restaurants, I can attest that this location of the restaurant, its quality of service and food at this Jimmy the Greek location in Markville Mall is horrendously awful. Untrained staff, mushy rice and potato, over cooked protein and all in ... all the worst possible experience that you can have for this type of cuisine. It’s worthy to mention that you must keep an extremely careful eye out for pieces of food that must have been discarded during preparation, but were cooked and served nonetheless. The rotten and blacked out pieces of potato in this photo are testament to these claims, even though the manager at the till pretended that these were charred and not in fact rotten. Stay away from this specific location but do give other locations like Sheppard Centre, Centerpoint Mall or Hill Crest Mall a try. Ordered 2 chicken souvlaki dinners with 2 bottles of water and an extra tzatziki sauce, for a whopping $40. What a waste of money, time and energy. Read more

This is my first order at this place, chicken was tender and juicy but the roasted lamb was a little bit tuff. Customer service is friendly overall experience is not bad.

If you like Jimmy this is the best!!!! I have tried many different locations but this one is the best, the chicken is super tender and full of flavor, the salad is super fresh and overall this is the best Jimmy in town!!! 1000% recommended.
