Hi5 Pizza & Fried Chicken - Markham, Ontario

I am highly skeptical that this place is 5 stars worth, and am almost certain that most of the reviews are friends.. First off I am an unbiased review. The ordering experience: Please do not tell someone to come in 15 minutes to pick up an order and when they do ... arrive 15 minutes later, tell them to wait 7 more minutes only to make them wait 30 minutes total at your restaurant. The pizza: Moving on with the pizza and scrapping the ordering experience hoping that it can make up for the wait. It is mediocre at best with nothing special at all which is why I can't see how this warrents 5 starts considering your price is higher than your next door neighbor 786. You would think a pizza place to open right next to an existing competitor would actually compete in high quality or lower price. but I am disappointed to say neither was given , in addition to a bad ordering experience. I hope as a family business you will improve. You spicy dipping sauce is decent, but everything else NEEDS to improve or you will most likely last no more than 1-2 years from the same friends/family who gave you a "5 star" all at the same time. Amazing food at super cheap prices. The owner puts special care in preparung only the finest and super delicious. The prices are unbeatable. We had a great experience at Hi5, the owners are very humble. Their service and food are made fresh with excellent quality. New customers should definitely try Hi5 special tandoori chicken pizza. :)

We are buying fried chicken from this place since they open their store in Markham. The quality and taste both are excellent. We used to eat these type of broasted in Saudi Arabia.
