At the Boxgrove location. Worth taking the time to call head office to make them aware that their brand is being seriouly affected by this location's management.

I visited the store on June 20, 2017 at around 7 p.m. with my family. It was our first trip to any of the Yogurt's location. We are regulars at Munchies. As we entered, we where greeted by staff. who was friendly and was patience with my child as she asked a ... million questions and sample all flavors. The store was also clean and organize. I do feel that the 9km drive was worth it and my family would make the switch from Munchues to Yogurt's. Read more

Having moved to box grove two years ago we love having the idea of a special ice cream store nearby for our little girl. At first the place was wonderful, albeit a little pricey, but we liked coming here for special occasions. Sadly the last three times I have been ... here were very disappointing and tonight we actually walked out. The store is messy. The toppings are all over the place. Two flavours were not in service. The one I wanted came out runny. The ice cream spout had a hair in it. The worker was in the back room (this has been my experience the last two times) there are little kids running around behind the counter and tonight the little child running behind the counter was shooting a plastic bubble gun at my daughter while his mother (friend/relative of the cashier who has been in the store the last three times I've gone in) did nothing about it. It's really delicious. Charge is by weight so don't fill ur cup up just because there is space
