Yan Can Cook - Markham, Ontario

I ordered a chicken and vegetable fried noodle, it was made fresh to order and tastes great. I recommend Yan Can Cook if you're looking for Chinese foods in First Markham Place.

Yan is a convenient option for those seeking a quick meal. While the speed of service is definitely a strong point, the food was a bit underwhelming. I ordered for the Fried Squid with Rice. The portion of squid was relatively small. It was just an average dish overall.

Definitely worth trying out, I've been to many takeout places that have great low prices but the quality of food never made it worth the saving. But that is not an issue here, great low pricing with above average quality of food (its food court /takeout so what do you ... expect), each meal comes with a few drinks of choice in a seal cup which is nice. It's been a while since I've been to the food court at First Markham Place. This time I was looking for something cheap and tasty to keep me going until I got home. Despite the name, there is no relation to Chef Martin Yan (as far as I know). They had a ... special on soup and noodles for only $5.99. Located at the food court inside First Markham Place. They offer a great selection. The food quality is ok and the portion is big. The price is consider reasonable for a meal with drink or soup included. The food is fresh as they make it by order.
