I would give it one star, but some of the plates were pretty good. Arrived at 6:30, it's 9:11 and they still haven't given us all our food. We are here for Chinese New Year so we ordered the whole shebang.. But please just give us food so we can ... leave. Some of the plates were good, including the chicken, veggies, and beef. The oyster veggie plate was a bit dry and rough. At the end of the day, I just can't stand the dessert and service. We had to exchange two of our utensils cause they were so dirty. Received an invite for Dim-Sum/brunch, this restaurant has a large seating area so you shouldn't wait too long. Even on a popular day when the place for busy a table of two was straight in. I've never encountered th process of waitresses wheeling around a trolley with the ... Dim Sum on the trolley. The process works as you can see the food, but be quick or you'll miss your opportunity. The leek and shrimp pastry rolls were good as were the custard tarts. Dim sums had large tasty shrimp enclosed. Tea was good. Heavy on the carbs, very reasonably priced. Read more

Food is pretty good and reasonably priced for dim sum before 11:15 since everything from small-large is under $3 for the weekdays and a little over $3 a dish on the weekends and holidays. Service however could use some work as taking the order form for food was very slow ... and food coming out was not done at a very good pace. Not too busy as in there's no wait, which is unexpected for dim sum. On a Saturday it was 80-90% full. Food is good. At brunch/lunch time, the menu is dim sum. Prices are a little high and comparable to a mid-price western establishment. Not busier because there are dim ... sum places that will offer better value. However, when compared to a place that sells tapas for example, the price would be average. Service is gruff and doesn't match the high-class atmosphere, food quality and price point that they seem to want to go for. Read more

Quite disappointing experience. The food was very dry and tasteless. Most of the food was cold by the time they brought it to our table. The ice they gave us for our drinks was a murky shade of beige. Service was abismal also. Lots of waits in between dishes and ... barely any efforts to refill the tea. The staff would reuse the same tongs for different dishes. The place wasn’t even busy to warrant their apathy and rushed service. Give this place a pass, many other decent Chinese food places around that are worth your time and money. Read more
