A small restaurant so take out is usually the best option. Good portion sizes, can choose between lunch or dinner boxes. Comes with plenty of rice and curry potatoes. Their lunch special price cannot be beat. The jerk pork is one of the best in Markham, and the stew oxtail is very good too. The owner and his staff seem to have a love hate relationship. I would like to see the owner clear out the miscellaneous storage items ... from the restaurant and give it a good clean up. Read more

Been here a few times. Never going back. Served chicken that smelt like it was turning bad. Had to throw it away. Like everyone says this place is filthy. York Region health department gave these guys a pass, what a joke. I guess maintaining a clean restaurant is not required ... for passing an inspection. Plus, if an eating establishment provides seating for dining in the business is supposed to provide access to public washrooms. Words of advice, drive by this place, even if you seen it on fire, keep moving! Read more

I really enjoyed the Jerk chicken here, it's just unfortunate that they only seem to have side vegetables 1/4 of the time around lunch.

Bought lunch here today. The guy that served me didn't seem rude or anything. Food was decent, oxtail gravy was really good. Only issue was the small eating area. I wanted to stay and eat but there was food on the table and floor. Picture ... is the lunch special for $7 incl tax. Read more
