Went with my kids and dogs in the patio. Beautiful patio and they gave our dogs water as soon as we got there. The server was so friendly and happy, that made us happy from beginning. This was a very good dinner, food was so delicious that my friend was about to cry! Especially their burgers! We really appreciated the server (tall blonde girl), we decided to stay outside while it was raining so this poor girl had to bring us our orders under an umbrella! ... Came with a group of friends on a weeknight and the drink list was small while the food was disappointing. I got the sesame seed garlic loaf and it was dry, unevenly toasted, lacking in garlic flavour, and the sesame seeds weren't toasted which meant little sesame flavour. Meanwhile, my ... friends got poutines that were on the slightly smaller side and were mediocre at best. Our waitress was very nice and service was good for the most part, but they didn't have the drink my friend wanted, and when he asked for a red wine recommendation, she responded with "they all taste the same" which simply isn't.... the answer we were expecting. Really loved this place. I'm a fan of Coronation Street Type Pubs and I also love brunch so to combine the two was awesome. The server was fantastic and the food was delicious. I was not a fan of the large breakfast sausage but that's just my personal preference and ... not really a reflection of it's taste. The screened in sun room was really bright and sunny. Came here for weekend brunch. The portions are huge. Pretty much all options are served with a big portion of fresh fruits. Recommend the Mansion's Super Breakfast. It comes with 3 eggs of your choice, 2 very large pancakes of your choice, 2 meats of your choice, home fries and a ... large portion of cut fruits. Limited hot beverage selection, wished they had a bigger variety. Good selection of beers as it's a pub. Server was super friendly and attentive. Restaurant is inside an 1888 historic mansion located in east Markham's Main Street. There are TVs that have sports games on. You can also requeat to sit on the patio in front of the mansion.
