Really cozy place that’s open late. Lots of parking because of the plaza here and ample space with tables distanced due to COVID. The mango shaved ice was great! And our waitress was very friendly. Where do I start? I had high hopes as I really like the other location. But.. It took me by surprise in the worst way. From cheap chopsticks that had a lot of splinters to plastic in my udon there wasn't a single thing I didn't have a complaint about. ... The intestine with green onion is actually my favorite at the other location but at this location it honestly tasted like salty rubber and plastic. Came here with my most LEGITIMATE Taiwanese friend and she tried out both of their Stinky Tofu (one fried and one pan fried...? I forgot) But both of the tofu turned out to be 6/10 just as they didn’t live up to Taiwanese Night Market Smelly Tofu level that much ... but this place is GREAT for the lovers who wanna grab some desserts late at night 😏 cuz literally the VIBE there is so chill and I found the place renovated with a lil stage/media kinda thing near the door which is just romantic enough I guess. Go For Tea has the best kitchen and tea selection of any other bubble tea joint around. That being said, they were never known for attentive or friendly service. This location has very cozy atmosphere, well decorated and not as dimly lit as their Midland location where it's ... pitch black. The food was fantastic as always and so were the teas. I discovered they STOPPED serving spring rolls. The waitress indicated to me they havent sold it in months, and she does not know when it will come back, it is quite unusual. The Taro smoothie with mango jelly or tapioca is tasty, unlike Chatime next door. The interior design was well ... thought out. Quite elegant.
