Hero Certified Burgers - Markham, Ontario

Service was excellent as soon as we arrived. Greeting was genuine. The lovely lady helped us with our combos. The food was hot, tasty and presented as if we were at a 5-Star full service restaurant. Which we basically were at. The store was very clean.

Food is amazing, the signature burger is my go to… so juicy, savoury, and all cooked fresh!

Don't order sweet potatoes. It tasted like rotten potatoes. So regret getting a combo instead of burger only. Burger was OK. But not as good as other store. Also, I don't like why server emphasize their meat is halal when clearly I am Chinese. The restaurant also has a selling ... items not related to hero burgers. I had such a pleasant experience here earlier tonight. My sister and I stopped by for dinner and we were so satisfied with everything! The lady at the front counter was amazing! So genuine and cheerful, you can tell she enjoys her job and enjoys interacting with people. I love ... that they have a separate gluten free menu, which made it so quick and easy to decide what to order. I did the build your own burger combo. I tried the gluten free bun and poutine as a side and OMG honestly the best gluten free burger and poutine I’ve had in a long time! It was so tasty and fresh! I’ve never had a fried egg on my burger before but I’m so happy I tried it I loved it!! The bun was delicious and held together really well. They’re really generous with the burger toppings, the sauces were spilling out and messy but in a good way haha. Also generous with the poutine gravy and cheese, every fry was coated I didn’t have to mix the poutine at all!! So nice to be able to enjoy a poutine with gluten free gravy, I can’t get that from many places. Amazing quality and worth the price. It was also a very short wait time, maybe 5 minutes. Always consistent. Hero burgers is a family favourite when we want something quick and delicious! Customized the way you want it and we always get our onion rings! Burgers are always juicy and free from hormones. And you can taste it! Meaty goodness. Service can be hit or miss. This ... time was a hit. They are attentive and listen, considering how many customizable options are available to the consumer. She thought a pick up order was mine and when she found out it wasn’t, she asked the back of kitchen to see if it was almost ready. Very nicely done!
