Great taste but real fruit is still better. I loved their service and it was good to have a drink when you walk in the mall to do your shopping.

Do not go here (Presotea near the main mall entrance). There are TONS of bubble tea shops at Pacific Mall, save your time/money and skip this one. They are robots here with no people skills. Cashier with the short tied orange-brown dyed hair with face mask will not own up to ... mistakes or change your order if it wasn't made right. She insisted that's what we ordered. Obviously, but why is the taro milk tea warm with ice? It's supposed to be cold/refrigerated. Most people don't come for warm bubble tea milk tea with ice. My mom who doesn't speak English very well always gets Taro milk tea and it is an iced drink. It's supposed to be cold. It tasted like it was just brewed and they added ice. It was warm and lacking taro flavour. This is a bubble tea shop, most people expect a cold tea drink, most places should refrigerate the tea. I don't think it is that expensive or a loss for business to remake this drink or reorder a different one. Read more

Oh man, I really did not like the tapioca here. It was so mushy and tasteless. The milk tea was OK, but I didn't like the Thai tea—it tasted kind of watery to me. We got the 2/10.99 deal, which I thought was a good deal, but I would have ... rather spent a bit extra to get better bubble tea. I learned my lesson! I would not recommend getting tapioca from here. I love this bbt store but today I’m disappointed. I can understand when it busy but today (Monday) at 2:30pm it not busy at all, there was any others but my 4 drinks and all the tea has not tea favours in them almost like using the tear bag ... twice. Read more

Amazing find...Found my new favourite: Fresh Mango Coconut Slush with Red Beans!!! This has everything I like: mango, red beans, coconut (milk); however, it was missing one favourite ingredient--grass jelly. I asked if it's possible to add grass jelly and 😆. Their red beans were not excessively sweet👍and the mango pieces ... were ripe and sweet. I ordered the small one, which was still big for me. Checked the calories (posted on the menu board): 960 calories without grass jelly!! Super tasty but definitely a once-in-a-while self-indulgence treat😋😋😋 Read more
