I wish I could give 0 stars. The quality of the cup was terrible. When we inserted the straw, the cup cracked open, spilling tea all over our car seat and pants. We returned to get a replacement, but the staff was incredibly rude, blaming us for inserting the straw ... too forcefully. Shouldn’t she apologize for the cups being so thin and cheap that they can’t withstand any pressure? She didn’t even apologize for ruining our pants and getting sugar on them. When we asked for a new cup, she continued to blame us for using too much force. We were so afraid about inserting the straw ourselves that we asked her to do it. When I reminded her to wash her hands first, she stared at me and started attacking me verbally again. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Read more

I've ordered from here multiple times. This last time has made me never want to order from here again. I orders a regular cold passion fruit tea with poping Boba (lychee). Instead I received a regular with bubbles. This drink wasn't for me but for my ... wife on an extremely hot day...beyond disappointed. Read more

Chatime hits the spot just when you need that kick of something refreshing Came here with son’s rep volleyball team alongside a couple other teams in the same banner of team So about 40 drinks and chatime was amazing. Made all the drinks within half hour for everyone and NO MISTAKES! Location is ... awesome just for that! And the five stars alone for this is due to that fact The team never lost composure and didn’t even flinch when the orders were flooding in The parking lot here is super busy but they also have an underground parking, which seems less used. Great taste. Good staff. Quick service. Nice ambience. I recommend going here if you want to get a quick tasty drink after a meal, So many options with flavors, milk or no milk, sugar level or even no sugar. I love the taro milk tea and also their mango smoothie.

ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL Chinese female staff. The drink she made was disgusting too. So I was friendly and nice while ordering and this female staff was making face and looks and talks in a disrespectful way to me. She obviously has poor people skill or partially racist. Staff here needs ... extensive training with their behavioral and service skill. Also on how to properly make a Thai bubble tea.
