Visited early 11am on Saturday. I decided on the chicken donkatsu which came with either water/miso soup, rice and some lettuce. For $10 the portion of katsu were very good value. This place is the GOAT. The pork cutlet here is the best, iykyk. The owner is super friendly and fast service. I can’t resist not grabbing a meal here whenever I come to first markham place!
Best chicken katsu! They only take cash. Have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. The family (wife, husband and son) that runs the place is friendly, provides the quickest and the most consistent service. Prices have been very reasonable throughout the years for decent portion sizes.

Been here for the last 15+ years and their Pork Katsu is still the best!! The meat is fluffy, the batter is perfectly crispy!! Wayyy better than all the other places!! Family run also so they are all mega nice!! Love this place so much!
