I ordered Chicken noodles, asked for hot paper, they forgot to put hot paper or didn’t understand what I wanted, and they put in the noodles very small chicken pieces and doesn’t taste like a real chicken !! It’s cheap Service !!!

I think they are getting a bit greedy. Every other month, their regular chili chicken dishes go up by $1. Now it's up to $14.75. Come on, this is just a take-out place, and I don't think the regular chili chicken is worth $14.75. I'd rather go to Frederick's; at ... least they have a bigger portion of the chili chicken and better tastes. I won't return. You are consistently raising your menu prices under the guise of inflation. The price of $14.75 is inclusive of tax. It's good that you corrected my mistake; it's actually $14.95. You're absolutely right. Frederick will be my go-to Hakka restaurant. At least they don't act like you so greedy constantly raising prices. No one is attacking you. This is a review platform for people to voice their comments about your business. If you can only accept positive reviews and not negative ones, then you should not be in the restaurant business. I am here to tell the truth. You should be really ashamed of yourself for lying and being so dishonest and greedy as a small business owner. Especially for daring to lie here that you only raised your menu prices once after 1.5 years. God is my witness, and Google reviews should have all the menu price evidence. Too bad I didn't keep all your menus; otherwise, I would post them as proof here. So now I wonder if all these 4.5 stars reviews could be generated by bots, and therefore, they may not be genuine. Nice hole in the wall Hakka food, not the best I've had but it's decent enough to return for their lunch specials. They're quite busy so try to order ahead. I give them 7/10!

Picked up a dry chili chicken lunch special which was ready in a quick 15 minutes after I called. Their lunch specials are only $7.95 so it's really an incredible deal for the amount of food you get. My order was hot and steaming and it comes with a LOT ... of rice and definitely enough chicken for a full lunch. It wasn't too spicy but they give you hot sauce and the chili vinegar on the side which is a must. Also comes with a drink or spring roll but the spring roll I got was a bit cold.
