This is one of the best Pho restaurants you can go to. Yes, the parking is horrible, but it's worth the aggravation. I personally love the Curry broth.

Very average tasting pho broth. You get lots of beef but the meat quality is quite low. Fatty thinly cut beef (kinda like hot pot beef). Price is reasonable though. Spring rolls were thumbs down!
