This is what pho used to be in the GTA before the crazy inflation. Is it the best pho I ever had? No. But it's $8.99 for a pretty good portion of both beef and noodles. One of the few places left that haven't changed their prices. For 7.99$, the value for food is really great for today's economy. Additionally, the pho was very good and authentic. I got the house noodle soup (1) and it was up to my expectations. Will definitely come again.
Great! Nice broth, meat is not tough. $7 + tax for their pho special with a cup of soy milk or water bottle. One of the better cheap eats.
