Poor ambience, and mediocre food and one of the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Chinese Restaurant.

Their prices are still very economical, but the quality of their food is terrible. Huge globs of fat in their pork chops, consistently cold tea, thick and salty sauce on food. That alone could have justified a 3-star, but their atrocious service really knocks down another star. Service is mediocre. Told us after a few dishes came that our meal would cost us an extra $5 because it was a holiday?!?! Don't order the peking duck. The wrappers are covered in chunks of flour. When asked why, the explanation was because it was hand ... made. Ridiculous! Read more

Terrific. Really. This place is cozy, comfortable and delicious. Most flavourful Shiu-Mai I have had in a while. Friendly servers - organized. Easy to get parking. Have to recommend. It is not as "polished" as "Diamond Banquet Hall" and not a fancy as Crown Princess. ... It is excellent. Read more

We are tourists in the area. Having dim sum in a busy Sunday morning, we ordered shrimp dumplings, my son (6 years old) ate the whole one, eating the second one....until then no one has eaten the dumplings yet. When I took a bite of the dumplings, I felt something ... wrong, terribly wrong.....the shrimps were completely uncooked. How can that possibly happen! ? I called the manger back, he acknowledged the raw dumplings and quietly took it away. He offer us to switch to a different dim sum. Why would he think I want another dish without worry it is uncooked?! I asked for check immediately, and he has guts to charge me for the 2 orders of dim sum! My son is having fever two days after consumed the raw shrimps. This restaurant needs to completely inspect by the health department before go back to business. Definitely not a family friendly restaurant when you need to check the food first before giving to a child. Read more
