This place is terrible. They don't use grade A sushi fish nor is it fresh. The cuts are rigid making me think the sushi chef is a novice. There is a very weird after taste in the sashimi and the seaweed salad was not fresh either. When me and my partner took a ... bite into our california roll we tasted traces of mango? As if the chef decided to cut a previous roll and not clean his/her after he cut our roll. Sanitary much? Disappointed is an understatement. It was a waste of money for what ordered. Never again. Great food and good prices. Salmon dinner combo for $14. Always fresh sushi. Wonderful and friendly service. We eat here regularly and it's our go to Japanese/sushi place. Hard working family business.

Gf and I walked in on a Sunday at 830pm and the place was absolutely empty. The server seemed a little off... As if she was unsure of what her next actions should be. She also clipped her nails three tables over from us which added to the strange atmosphere. ... The sushi chef coughed a number of times while prepping our food. We couldn't see if it were directly over the food so we didn't say anything. The sushi overall tasted not bad so I'll give them that. Udon was average. Overall an odd experience and after reading some recent reviews, it definitely seems like ownership has changed. I'd been here before and it had been packed. This wasn't a regular or even irregular sushi joint for me and I doubt I'll be coming back. Read more

Went here for dinner and ordered a sushi boat and bento box. The sushi was average but the price was lower than we expected. It was $75 before tip for 3 adults and 2 kids. The place is a little small and it did fill up fairly quickly the ... day that we went. I wouldn't go here for the decor but for the price I wouldn't expect much in that regard. Read more

Average sushi joint. Prices are fair and service is great when they are not too busy. Everytime I went I got something on the house.
