When it comes to eating out, customer service is just as important as the quality of the food and environment of the vicinity. Although the quality of the food was up to par and pricing was very reasonable, the customer service just isn't there. I always enjoy every visit this old style restaurant. I and my girlfriend walk-in last Sunday. There were line up, we didn't want to wait so decide to leave. One of the waitress run outside and ask if we are ok to share the table with other (very common in ... most Asian restaurant) and we didn't mind at all. We order 3 dishes, one drink, bill is $24. I like to come here for western style HK food. Their pricing is fair, and the food usually comes with soup/salad/bread/coffee or tea. It's a huge amount of food for what you pay. I come here purely out of nostalgia. I remember when steak dinners were $7.99 including soup, salad, bread and a drink. It's still a good place to sit down for a cheap meal but the 7.99 steaks are now probably around $11.99. That's inflation for you!
