JC’s Grill House – Park Inn by Radisson - Markham, Ontario

Absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had. Rooms smell so bad and the management and employees have 0 sense of customer service. THERE WAS A PIECE OF GLASS FOUND IN THE SHOWER and my girlfriend cut her foot on it, the staff didn’t even apologize especially the manager… Let alone ... that, they were even trying to figure out ways to blame us rather than ask if she was okay… basic human decency doesn’t even exist here, so don’t expect much in this dump. The restaurant is amazing, the staff are very attentive and friendly. Overall I liked the hotel. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's just a pity that the windows cannot be opened in the rooms. I want to ventilate the room with fresh air, but this is not possible. I ... wish the window could be opened even a little. We had breakfast for an average of 15 dollars and it was delicious. It's nice. Difference rooms have their own flaws. One room, the ac was super loud but another room a different day, didn't. If you overlook minor things like that it's a nice place. We usually do 2 nights and it's sufficient time for a little getaway to spend time together

I had a good experience here. I had some special situations that the front desk manager helped me out with and was accommodating. It could be a much better experience if there were a couple of bottles of water in the room, tho. Overall, I am happy with my stay ... here. Read more

In my experience, this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. In my opinion, it was very dirty, poorly staffed, and loud (located next to the highway and active construction sites). I travel a lot for work, it takes a lot to disgust me. My experience: When I told ... the front desk there were crumbs and stains on the floor, bed, and even under the sheets, they sent someone with a stack of sheets who told me to change the bed myself. The microwave wasn’t clean, it stunk, and looked damaged. No breakfast. “Business centre” printer was broken. There’s more to come but I’m still working on resolving all the double charges/over billing. My bill should be consistent with the charges on my credit card but they’re not even close. Just waiting to see if they fix any of it, like the front desk said they would. Fingers crossed!
