Nice and clean place to spend time eating or watching sports. Excellent customer service especially if Ahmed happens to be your server. His smile and enthusiasm to serve customers adds more taste to the food.

Food is great as expected with this franchise, but waiters are quite slow to offer you a refill or even check up in you. Overall great atmosphere with lots of Tv's during your meal.

Im gonna preface this by saying that I'm a very patient person. That being said, if you value your time, do not eat at this location. The waiting area was empty when we arrived, it took about 15 minutes for anyone to even talk to us. We were then seated in a ... corner spot and our waitress took another 20 minutes to come back to us. We tried to wave down other waitresses but they were either too frantic running around or couldn't see a massive waving arm. After ordering, we spent about an hour and a half before we saw food. The food was cold and and the pizza was soggy like it was under cooked. There was also an odd under layer to our pizza that made me feel like they used an old pizza or something to add onto this one. The pasta was also very underwhelming, we weren't expecting quality from Boston Pizza, but before we could ask for parmesan our waitress scurried away. Not to mention, my glass of water was empty since we placed the order and not once was I offered a refill. Oh well. There were a few tables complaining about the wait times to the point that they started handing out coupons. I'd give a half star for the gesture, but I can't... So 1 star it is. 2017, Feb 19 Re-Visit After the Last horrible service, I've raise the experience to Boston Pizza. The Store Manager invited us to try out their service again. We have got a nice warm greet with a speedy seat arrangement. We quickly browse thru the menu and make the order as the ... kids are staving. Jojo the server, got us thru the whole ordering process with an ease. She can even recall the dish name even we only remember some ingredients of the pasta. We glad that she's is with us tonight, which she constantly check on us, to see what we need and monitor our satisfaction of the service experience. We Ordered one Large Pizza (BBQ Chicken, and Meateor), Nachos, Chicken Wings (Honey Garlic, Medium), and Boston’s Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti. Pizza was a Wow for tonight! Pizza was well cook, not a bit of soggy. Not greasy at all, the dish only left with some moist with some meat juice. The crust was crispy and soft. Temperature feels like it is right out from the oven! Well Done Boston's Pizza! Be honest, I always thinks Boston's Breaded Chicken wings are the best. And their wings quality has not change a bit. The breading taste fresh and crispy. The wings all in a decent sizes. The sauces are well tossed, but I don't like the Honey Garlic taste a bit too sweet to me. Nachos, is fairly good. The seasoned beef enhanced the flavour of the nachos. Pasta is always an issue for us. We ordered this pasta for our kids, I didn't pay attention to it until my wife complaint the kids is not taking it well. I tasted the pasta a few times and encourage other to have a taste as well. Flavour was there, but we all agreed that the pasta have no season at all. May be a little, but to us it's tasteless. Is Boston's Pizza expecting their customer to put their own salt and pepper on their pasta? Over all this visit was wonderful, we all having a good time tonight. Only we have a doubt with the pasta, that make me give you four stars. But compare to last visit, tonight is a game changing night. Be seated for 15mins no server come in and greet us. I've raised my concern to a server walked by, then she said the destinated server don't know we seated on her table. (we saw her talk by and served the table just behind us, come on!) they switch other server to serve us, named Michelle. Very nice lady, know things thorough out the menu. I like her honesty and attitude. we ordered 2 dishes Boston Smoky Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs - Meatballs taste great - we got Bucatini instead of Spaghetti, not exactly described as on menu. - Sauce is not enough for the pasta - Pasta sauce is under season - unmelt cheese still on the plate Large Pizza with half BBQ Chicken and half Pepperoni - Pizza topping are evenly spread all around the pizza - Nice hot temperature - Well seasoned topping and dressing - Why is the pizza so greasy? Was it from a over dressed pizza pan? We need to use napkins to dap out those excessive grease before we put it into our mouth! - BBQ Chicken side pizza base was soggy, combined with the grease... can you imagine. We didn't bothered to complaint through to kitchen, as our kids are hungry and grumpy enough for us. refiring those order is just asking an early dismissal from the kids. Read more
