Also it is a family owned business and the owner works so hard to serve everyone. Huge kudos First time dining here tonight, and we will ... be back! We showed up at 8pm, and were surprised no other diners wanted hot soup on a hot day lol. We got the owner’s attention, and he promptly served us. We had the spring rolls, house special pho, and bun bo hue. The servings were huge! The food was perfectly cooked, and tasty. No msg thirst after. Highly recommend this place. Being out in Maple Ridge, this is a very welcoming and authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The owner of the restaurant treats you like a valued friend. Prices are also very reasonable as costs of food is rising everywhere. Very unusual for a Pho restaurant. Most are hurried and have no interest ... in their customers other than taking the order and giving the bill. This place is totally different and I suspect that it has been this way since the start. The Pho broth is very delicious and tasty. I did not use any sauces and ate the soup by itself without condiments. This is very rare for a Pho restaurant. I can tell that the broth has been properly simmered for over 10 hours (as traditional). I haven't tried any other mains as this one hits the spot. First time visit today. Ordered 2 pho and salad roll and spring roll. Food was awesome. Service was fantastic and decor wasn't bad. Bowls were full of goodness and not loaded with just broth. We will definitely go back

The first time I dined at this restaurant was in 2014, and the flavor of their dishes has stayed with me ever since. Whenever I lived in Maple Ridge, I would always make it a point to visit. It has been such a long time, but today I decided to ... revisit the restaurant and indulge in their No.40 chicken fried vegetables rice once again. To my delight, it was still as delicious as I remembered, and the owner was just as kind and friendly as before. He even recognized us and greeted us warmly. Best Vietnamese Restaurant in Maple Ridge so far. From a Vietnamese perspective, I highly approved this restaurant. Authentic taste. Reasonable price, big portion. The owner is also the server, he is really nice and friendly.
