Hot Pho Restaurant - Maple Ridge, British Columbia

I ordered salad rolls to go. They were limp and small. The peanut sauce was watered down. Will not return. Would not recommend.

This is top class restaurant in terms of food, atmosphere and service. The food is rocking for us. Hai the sole working waiter was pretty amicable and prompt.

I've been a regular customer here and today was the last time I would ever go... Pho was underflavored again, good 50/50 if it's flavored well or not bit the worst part was there was a massive Crack at the bottom of my bowl which was also chipping. When I told ... our server this he simply said" oh that's been cracked for a long time it's fine" which brought me massive concern about them using broken eating utensils and bowls. We have been ordering from this restaurant over the past few years, Dine in and takeout, and have really enjoyed it. Food tastes great and friendly staff. However, over the past year every time we have ordered take out, the pho noodles have been broken scraps. This is the 3rd ... time in a row that we have ordered pho soup for take out and the noodles are all broken and small, you cannot even pick up with chop sticks. See my picture for details. Very disappointed to see this is how they are treating take out customers, when clearly it is intentional. For the time being we will be going elsewhere with hopes that with this review, they will stop doing that to customers. It was okay. Flavors were decent but not as good as other places I have tried.. They didn't have sriracha. Spring rolls were tasty. May be back again.
