The best take out Pizza and Baked Pasta I have had in many years. This was my first time ordering from Jim's as my neighbor recommended them to me today. The service was above par. The food was cooked properly, hot and flavorful. Pizza crust was ... delicious & fresh and supported an ample layer of toppings & cheese. Real Pepperoni was spicy & higher standard. The baked pasta was cooked like I would cook it at home and the meat sauce was seasoned with just enough heat on the tongue. Everything was Excellent. Best pizza in Maple Ridge! You pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. Loaded with toppings, lots of cheese, and the cheese is on top the way a pizza should be. Highly recommend!!

We ordered a large half ham and pineapple and half pepperoni pizza to go and when we got home we noticed it was all pineapple and pepperoni mixed together and no ham. I was starving so I took a bite of the crust and my finance called them to explain ... our situation. They said they wanted the pizza back and that they can give us a discount on a new pizza and would not make us a new one for free since my fiance said I already picked at it. We were both extremely upset as this is not what you do when YOU make a mistake with a customers food order. My fiancé went in and gave them the pizza back and asked for a refund, which we got but it was EXTREMELY disappointing the way they handled things. We stopped coming here because the pizza quality wasn’t the same as it once was but I wanted to give them a try again since it had been a long time. I Ordered 2 for 1 baked lasagna with meatballs and extra cheese. The meat sauce was so watery that it was disgusting to eat. My meatballs were also missing and I called and let them know what was wrong, it was at that point when they told me ... that they were out of meatballs and forgot to call me and let me know. I paid the full bill at delivery so I paid for the meatballs. Also they don’t replace meals or give refunds. An Incredibly frustrating experience and one I won’t soon forget. I have long been a customer of Jim’s pizza going back to the days of Eva’s restaurant. The lasagna and meat sauce dish is one of my all time favourites, the sauce is delicious. There will always be times when an order isn’t perfect and I understand that the dine in restaurant is constantly busy just like delivery. Mistakes happen. It is only because I am very familiar with their traditional meat sauce that I wrote this review. I’m more than willing now after the response from the owner to give them another chance to get the order right and deliver the lasagna with meat sauce and meatballs that I love. Had my son’s 3rd birthday party here! The staff was friendly and helpful! They even accommodated a child that had a dairy & egg allergy with a special pizza! The play area was clean & we even got a fun Chase character included in the birthday package! The kids loved ... it!
