Pizza Factory - Maple Ridge, British Columbia

I have recent order meat lover pizza from pizza factory. There was hair in pizza and base was over cooked. Behavior of employee is also very bad highly not recommended I will never come back.

The lady at the front desk took my order on the phone and ended the call quickly without asking what I’d like on the pizza. When I went to pick up my order, the same lady gave me one pizza and when I said I ordered two she said “just ... wait there” and pointed. I waited 15 minutes and she served someone else instead of prioritizing me who messed up my order. When I got the pizza she didn’t even apologize or atleast say thank you. I came home to discover that she put pineapple on my pizza when I specifically said no pineapple. She did not give a damn about making things right and I’m beyond frustrated with the way she handled things. I mean seriously she couldn’t get a simple order right. Its been so many year's since this family has been operating the maple ridge location. Same taste and passion since the beginning of the days ! Hats off to the entire team for keeping up with the consistency and the amazing service.

Worst pizza i have ever had!!! Dough was undercooked and veggies were not fresh. Corns were sticking to our teeth. Never going there again

Just ordered a Canadian pizza. It came with a spice pepperoni. When I called to complain he told me they don't have hot pepperoni on the house. When it clearly has one pizza called HOT and SPICE with the first ingredient being listed as HOT PEPPERONI. After the manager said ... he doesn't have hot pepperoni, he said bye and hang up on me.
