Went in to find something for my Nana’s birthday as she love Purdy’s Chocolate. I had a lady help me and the customer service was incredible! I did not catch her name but she was a bit of an older lady. She helped me pick the perfect stuff, and I ... must say that this kind of customer service is what more places need. Amazing job! I love their chocolates and have buying them for years as Christmas gifts. I had a bad customer service experience at their Maple Ridge location a week and a half ago and submitted a respectful online comment form and never received a response. Just crickets 🦗🦗. You would think they ... might care when customers who have been shopping with them for decades take the time to actually send them feedback on the customer service they’ve received. Read more

Amazing chocolate, wonderful customer support, and great variation of gift items available. Please do bare in mind that this is not your average cheap chocolate place, and the prices here are expensive, but the quality is worth it. The packaging job is just elegant.
