The restaurant is usually quiet around 2pm. The staff was lovely and sweet, and the place was very clean. While the food was okay, it wasn't bad. The staff are nice and friendly. I can't say the same for the food served unfortunately, though. The wonton soup wasn't hot (warm) enough and most of the menus weren't refilled in a timely manner. Well, the old saying is right again : "You get what you pay for".
I have tried both lunch and dinner Everything is pretty much the same. Differences listed here from what I remember: Lunch - only wonton soup, black bean green beans with beef, fried wonton skin, sesame battered chicken drums. Dinner - wonton and hot and sour soupn blean bean mussels, onion rings, battered shrimp We came ... on a busy day for lunch and everything was fresh except for some reason the wonton soup was so bland. When we went for dinner on a sunday night and there were only 3 other tables and the food was stagnant for a while that it developed a film on top. The wonton soup this time was good. It would be great to know before hand whether it's busy or not haha. Typical mediocre buffet food. Lunch price is pricier is $19.95 which is ok. Food is better than uncle willys. Read more
