Tim Hortons - Maple Ridge, British Columbia

SLOWEST Tim's ever. 10 minutes in the drive thru and my drink wasn't even properly flavored. Why have two drive thru lines if you're going to heavily favour one and back up the other? Honestly I should stop going here. The people always look miserable, usually have to wait 5-10minutes before i'm even greeted and have my order taken. Takes also about 10 minutes to get my food aswell, and sometimes my drink or order is wrong i would say 50% of the time. ... They focus too much on the drive thru and not enough on the people coming into the store which is horrible and have I mentioned how rude half the staff is one girl in paticular looks like her dog has died everytime i see her. People drive the extra 3 minutes to the Tims on 230th way better service!!!!!!! Read more

Always very friendly Employees, and awesome management! It's a great place to meet friends and family, very clean, good parking spots, super fast drive thru. I feel they go that extra Mile .

Hey folks, you change the sign but have no regular cleaning of the outside of the drive through service window. Is this level of cleanliness throughout? Oh well just another Tim Hortons to drive by. Is there a clean Tim Hortons in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows! I don’t ... think so! Read more

Every day I go to this Tim Hortons and I ask for a cheese croissant and every day I'm told they do not have them. So my question is why is it on the menu if you never have it and if your customers are asking for it why do ... they never make enough. Today everything I ordered was unavailable. Tim Hortons can do better. But I assume it's just bad management and the manager is unable to do the ordering correctly. Very poor service. Read more
