Tim Hortons - Maple Ridge, British Columbia

I live in Toronto and my family lives here. I know my family frequents this location daily. When we are in town, we come through drive thru and I have to say, you have the best staff in all of Canada! They are pleasant and friendly and ... efficient. I have never had a negative experience when visiting this particular location! I wish we could take you all back to Toronto with us. This morning, Sept 15 at about 1005am, we came through drive thru, on the way to see my mother in the ICU and the cheery disposition of the gal who took our order was exactly what we needed during a very difficult time. We have had her serve us before and while we don't always know what others are going thru in life, her consistent, positively is exactly what this world needs....thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I find when i go here they are often out of ingredients to make menu items. Just today the only thing I was ordering for dinner they couldn't make because one of main ingredients was out, same as 2nd item I tried to order as replacement. This was after waiting ... over 10 minutes in drive thru with only about 5 cars ahead, which seemed really slow compared to other locations. Wasn't going to do merry go round of ordering until they actually had something on menu they could make properly, so went to a different restaurant in area. Not first time this has happened. Had a Tims gift card and took the kids for a breakfast. Staff were good! Order was done correctly.

There is NO TIM HORTONS HERE. His is a GAS STATION. They serve Tim's coffee. But there is no Tim's. You can not get Tim's menu items. I don't know why people have posted pictures from a different location. It very misleading

There is no Tim Hortons drive-thru at this location. It's only a self-serve Tim Hortons counter in the convenience store. I believe some reviewers are confusing this location with the actual Tim Hortons drive thru west of this location at 230 St.
