OK, so we all know that Starbucks is a good coffee shop with good coffee and bakery items but whatever the reason maybe why would you not honor birthday free coffee or food item? Very disappointed. I can't believe that there is a Starbucks here where the employees have such a rude and discriminatory attitude towards customers. This morning I came here and ordered two cups of pineapple passion fruit juice with the request and extra 5 dried pineapple without ice. They agreed to my request ... but the staff here ordered the wrong dish and didn't apologize to me at all. The entire staff looked at me with a rude attitude, which was unacceptable. Furthermore, they made a mistake in my order but didn’t make a news for me, they just took out the ice and put back in the cup. It’s my favorite drink but I never thought it tasted as bland and unpleasant as it does today, which is to say very bad. I won’t come here a second time. And I hope the management here will change the way employees work. Read more

PLEASE ACCEPT MOBILE ORDERS! I hate waiting in line/wasting time when I have to go to work and would prefer paying in advance, grabbing my drink and leaving in the mornings. Update: After seeing how rude the cashiers were to the old Chinese guy wanting to order a spiced pineapple refresher at 5:20pm April 19 I have to lower my review. They denied cleaning his cup and intentionally misunderstood his order as wanting a free sample and berating him for it. ... Disgusting behavior. I usually have a good experience, but there is one female employee with thick black-rimmed glasses that is completely incapable of getting an order right. She’s usually too busy talking with the other employee(s) to listen to you order. The rest of the staff are great and I have few problems. Read more

An awesome experience and completely overwhelmed to be honest! I normally always hesitate whenever going to the Starbucks joints inside a grocery store as you never know how it's going to roll. However, the staff here are super friendly and talented at making great drinks. I got a Soy Pumpkin Spice ... Latte in which the lady was super accommodating with specifics about how I love it and made it perfectly with a cute little love heart Latte art. I do love Starbucks and it's consistency of great products and service, this place excels that bar. Fully functional Starbucks basically, apart from the fact you cannot order ahead via the app but that's pretty much it. It's also pretty cute and a nice little coffee bar. Read more
