This White spot in Maple Ridge is unique with always kind personnel and variety of food on the menu. I ordered chicken and broccoli bake through skip, it was absolutely awful and please don't blame the skip driver, the food was hot when it arrived !! Another successful Whitespot! Great tasting breakfast with good service. Lots of seating and parking spots! Coming from the West, the restaurant was hard to spot, so Google ahead!
My boyfriend and I just did the car-hop experience for lunch. I have nothing but good things to say about the waitress, she was friendly and fast. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by how disgustingly dirty the tray was that our food was on. I didn't notice it at first ... but about 10 minutes after we started eating I glanced down and saw this disgusting mess of sticky drips and smears that looks like it has not been cleaned in a very long time. There was also hair stuck to it which was even grosser. If they are not cleaning these trays, what else in the kitchen is not being cleaned properly?! I instantly lost my appetite. I asked the waitress to bring us to-go boxes and I let her know about the mess on the tray and that unfortunately it caused me to lose my appetite. She just apologized and brought our bill. I was very surprised not to be offered any kind of compensation for the situation, our lunch date was ruined and I'm so grossed out I can't eat the food I paid for. We were there for Father's Day. Food was great, The restaurant was half full and it took a bit longer to get our meal. There must have been something wrong in the kitchen. Pancake hot. Potatoes hot.
