Worst burnt burger i ever ate in my life waitress Phenomenally rude Yam fries completely burnt. Chicken club comes with the butt Of the breadin the center. Took an hourcause I guess they had to heat up. The grill should have known when no one else was eating in the restaurant and ... it was empty. But the waitress. Was the worst part of the whole experiencebeyond rude Read more
Overpriced for the quality. $11 for 5 small potato skins. Chicken in sandwiches and burgers were cold. The Ceasar dressing was of poor quality and had "blobs". Fries were over cooked. Sever was rude. Yelled at customer. She even stated that she hates her job. Why work there then. One of the ... worst places we’ve been to. Do NOT recommend this place. Read more
This place is your typical hockey rink pub, big place with lots of room and nice views of the ice. I really did enjoy the atmosphere and our server did a great job. She had a wonderful attitude despite being really busy. Food selection isn't bad, but pretty basic pub ... fare. Quality was hit and miss with our group. Beer selection is mediocre, would be nice to see some craft beer. I won't be rushing back...but I also wouldn't object to coming here again (especially if I was at the arena for a game). Read more
I like this place but I don’t understand why they are always closed during the day on the weekends. We planned to have lunch there as a family while our kids played hockey. Only to find that they were closed for a private event. Then the next time we came today ... only to find that their hours have shifted from 12pm ( as shown on the Google hours ) to 2 PM opening on Saturday and Sunday. At least change your hours of operation on your Google page so people don’t get their expectations set and then arrive at your door only to find that you guys are closed because you’ve written on a chalkboard that you change the hours or that you’ve written on a chalkboard that you have a private function . It doesn’t build a good relationship with the community with people who want to spend money and support local businesses. If there are staffing issues or other issues, why not just have one person working at the bar and do a limited menu with walk up service?French fries and a pre made sandwichs and beer is for parents who had to get up and bring their kids to hockey. Maybe create a buffet style brunch menu with and advertise to all of the household’s in east Maple Ridge looking for a closer restaurant/pub option? Reducing hours is the first move towards a decline in the overall business. Instead of reducing hours for costs savings - adjust the operations to be lean and mean and try to increase traffic into the restaurant. I will support every small business owner or business owner of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows 110% of the time as long as they are making the effort to create something exciting for all of us like me who are willing to support. If the situation changes I will change this review Read more
This place used to be great, but recently: food has gone down in quality , service is meh and today we showed up at 17.30; it stated they were open. The board outside the restaurant even said open 1600 mon-thu. Fully locked up, lights off. Bring back the old management, Stacey rocked!
