We did take out this weekend, unfortunately they had forgotten the noodles in my Nid Royal. However, a member of the staff (they do not deliver except with partners such as UberEats) came to drop them about half an hour later and offered complimentary rolls. Terrible experience today. I made an online order for delivery at lunchtime. After some minutes with no confirmation in the app, I called the restaurant to know the status of the order. Their response was that they couldn't confirm whether the order was made or not. They said I should ... call their boss because only he could give that information. I called the number they gave me, but the line was disconnected. I called them back explaining the issue with the line. Their response: I should call back later in the evening (?!?!).
